Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, security and everything in between. One team you can call when something is broken, scheduled or overdue for care. No juggling three vendors for one repair.
Written price and arrival window back within one business day.
Servbon was built around a simple observation. Most property owners spend more time chasing contractors than fixing buildings.
We put ten trades under one roof and one dispatcher on the phone. When you call, one person owns the ticket until the work is finished, paid for and warrantied.
We are new, and we say so on the front page. What we bring is licensed technicians, honest quotes, and a service standard that does not change because you happen to be our first customer of the day or our fiftieth.
Below is the full list. Most jobs get one dispatch, not three. If a repair needs two trades, both crews are ours and the ticket stays open until it is right.
Supply lines, drains, water heaters, grease traps and fixtures. Emergency calls at two in the morning and the preventive flush that stops the next one.
Learn morePanels, wiring, lighting, breakers, outlets and equipment hookups. Licensed work that passes inspection the first time.
Learn moreRooftop units, split systems, walk in coolers and freezers. Scheduled service that keeps run hours down and product safe.
Learn moreLandscaping, pressure washing, window cleaning, striping and repairs that keep the property safe and sharp for the people walking in.
Learn moreDaily porter service, deep cleans, floor care, disinfection and restroom programs on a schedule your staff never has to manage.
Learn moreWater, fire and storm recovery plus full rebuilds. We work the insurance timeline and bring the space back to code.
Learn moreLicensed treatment, exclusion work and recurring visits, documented to satisfy health inspectors and your peace of mind.
Learn moreDrywall, doors, hardware, ceiling tile, shelving and fixture swaps. One visit clears the punch list instead of one item at a time.
Learn moreCamera systems, access control, alarm response and staffed guard coverage. Installed, monitored and maintained by the same team.
Learn moreOvens, fryers, dishwashers, ice machines and refrigeration. Common parts ride on the truck so the fix happens the first visit.
Learn moreNo phone tree, no third party marking up the invoice. Four steps, every job.
Fill the form. Any trade, any hour. A real dispatcher reads it and takes down the details.
You get the price in writing and an arrival window before anyone touches the property. No surprise fees at the end.
They show up in the window, in a Servbon uniform, with parts on the truck. Photos go on the ticket before and after.
Notes, receipts, warranty terms and photos land in your inbox. Everything is searchable when you need it later.
Four things we commit to on every job. No asterisks, no fine print.
Every technician who steps on your property carries the license for the work they are doing, and we hold general liability and workers comp coverage. Certificates go to you on request.
You approve the number before we start. If the scope changes on site, we stop and get your sign off. Nothing gets added to the invoice you did not see coming.
Burst pipe, no power, walk in cooler down. Send the form and a technician is on the way the same day, most cases within two hours in metro service areas.
Workmanship is guaranteed. If a repair fails within the warranty window, we come back and make it right. The terms are written on the closeout, not hidden three menus deep on the website.
If your property is not on this list, it does not mean we cannot help. It just means we have not built a page for it yet.
Four commitments that apply to every job we take on.
Before we start, you get the price and scope on paper. If it changes, we pause and confirm. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
The tech on your property carries the license for the trade they are performing. We will send you a copy of the certificate before the appointment if you ask.
Before and after photos are attached to your ticket. You can see the work without driving out, and you have a record for insurance or a future owner.
Labor, parts, travel and any taxes are listed line by line. No lump sums, no vague service fees. If a line does not make sense, ask and we will explain it.
If your question is not here, send the quote form and a real person will answer.
Both. A single leaky faucet is a valid job on our schedule, and so is a full office renovation. We do not have a minimum charge that pushes small repairs out of reach.
Every technician who arrives is licensed for the trade they are performing in the state you are in. The company also holds general liability and workers comp coverage. Certificates go to you on request.
Emergency requests submitted through the form are triaged same day in most metro service hubs, usually with a technician on the way within two hours. Scheduled work is typically inside a week.
Standard estimates are free. If a job needs a site visit to price accurately, we will tell you before we schedule it, and there is no charge for that visit unless we quote one in advance and you approve it.
You still only submit one request. Our dispatcher coordinates both crews, sequences them so nobody waits on the other, and keeps the same ticket open until every trade is done.
Small repairs are flat rate by scope. Larger projects are quoted line item with labor and materials broken out. In both cases you approve the number before work starts.
Yes. Requests submitted through the form are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is a modest after hours rate that we will tell you about before dispatch, never after the work is done.
All fifty states. Response times vary by region. Outside our direct metro areas, work is dispatched through certified partners we manage on the same standard.
